Lately, I’ve been wondering if I have been drinking too much. It started as a way to cope with the stress of modern life, but soon it became a habit that I couldn’t shake off. I would drink every day, sometimes more than once. I would drink alone, or with friends, or even at work. I would drink to celebrate, to relax, to forget, or just to feel something.
But is all this drinking actually good for me? I’m starting to have my doubts. I’ve been experiencing dizziness, headaches, and even a few trips to the restroom. I’ve been told that drinking too much water can lead to hyponatremia, a condition where the levels of sodium in the blood are too low. And while coffee may have some health benefits, drinking too much of it can lead to jitteriness, anxiety, and even insomnia.
So, am I a minimalist gone too far? Have I been drinking too much in the name of productivity? I don’t know for sure, but I do know that I need to take a step back and re-evaluate my habits. Because as much as I love minimalism, I also value my health.
In conclusion, it’s important to be aware of our habits and make sure they are not affecting our health negatively. Minimalism is all about simplifying our lives but not at the expense of our health.
