This is a continuation of my previous post.

Do you ever find yourself dreaming of a life without responsibility? A life where all you do is sleep and nothing else? Well, I’m here to tell you that it can be done! That’s right – the joys of doing nothing are real. And with my guide to sleeping all day, they’re easy to achieve too.

First off, let me just say that there is no shame in wanting to take some time out from your busy schedule and relax for a while. After all, who doesn’t need an occasional break from reality every now and then? So why not make the most of it by taking advantage of this ultimate form of self-care – sleeping!

Now before we get into how exactly one should go about achieving such blissful slumbering states throughout their days (and nights), I must first emphasize something: quality over quantity; an appropriate amount over excessiveness; moderation over obsession - whatever phrase works best for your lifestyle as long as these three elements remain at its core principles when attempting this feat.

To begin with, start small - set realistic goals like aiming for 8 hours per night or even 6 if needed initially - because afterall what good would come out if one were unable to function properly due exhaustion caused by excessive snoozing anyways?! Next up comes gradually increasing those numbers until reaching ones desired level which may vary depending on individual needs but generally speaking 10-12 hours per day has proven beneficial in many cases so far… but again don’t forget about striking balance between rest & activity otherwise everything will be rendered useless eventually!

Last but certainly not least remember: consistency & discipline are key components when trying any new habit so keep track progress regularly (daily/weekly) adjust accordingly whenever necessary also reward yourself upon completion each cycle which helps motivate push through tougher times ahead ;)
